Flyer/Poster Delivery: (April-Flyers/ May-Posters) includes delivery of flyers to homes and business to get the word out about the market Marketing Assistant: work closely w/ Marketing/Fundraising Manager on design/ marketing communications & events Market info/retail booth: (shift 10am-2pm) must familiarize with market info, be comfortable answering questions, selling market merch Greeter/visitor counter: (shift 10am-2pm) hour interval shifts Dot Surveys: (1 Sunday a month) facilitate and adminster community/market survey's Set Up: (shift 8am-10am) includes assembly of tents, chairs, tables, recycling cans, water cooler Take Down: (shift 2pm-4pm) includes dissemble of tents, chairs, tables, recyling cans, cleanup A-frame drop off/pick up: (requires vehicle) includes dropping off an A-frame Market sign at an assigned corner at 10am and pick up A-frame sign at 2p Special Comittee Volunteers: we need passionate people to help research and secure permenant items for the market...bike racks are a need right now Fundraising Committee: We have a few fundraisers during the market season and we need a few more helping hands to plan, design, & spread the word
